1. Accommodation can be arranged in the Hotels at Thiruvananthapuram or near by place on receipt of advance payment for a minimum of two days on first come first serve basis.

2. Tourist season peaks at Thiruvananthapuram during December to January. Only limited number of rooms will be available. Advance request for accommodation is essential. Best efforts will be made for providing comfortable accommodation to all delegates. Information for accommodation requirements to be send in advance not later than November 30, 2009.

3. If rooms are not available at the rate of delegate’s interest, it will be booked in the next available higher or lower range.

4. Student delegates will be provided group accommodation only. For Student delegates, the accommodation charges are included in the registration.  Free University Accommodation option is not available for other Delegates

 Two options for arranging accommodation are available

2.  By filling the Online Accommodation request form ,which can be done alongwith on-line registration.  

MODE OF PAYMENT

The Accommodation Fee can be paid in any of the following methods:

•  Payment through Demand Draft, multicity account payee cheque or Money Transfer/National Electronic Fund Transfer(NEFT/RTGS) only. 

•   Demand Draft or multicity account payee cheque should be drawn in the favour of "97^th Indian Science Congress,2010" and payable at SBI Thumba Branch (Code No.2279), Trivandrum-695022

It is also possible to pay the fees by:

• Money transfer/NEFT/RTGS(Inter-Bank Transfer) to

Important points to note:

• Please write your name and address on the back of the Bank Draft without fail.

• If you chose to have on-line accommodation, then enter the payment details in the appropriate fields.

• Please note that even for on-line accommodation, payment will be through any one of the options mentioned above.
